Your shopping cart and wishlist are stored locally in your own browser and are not sent to us until you choose to place an order. We do not require you to create a customer account to shop with us.

• deliver your products and share delivery-related updates;
• communicate with you about your order or enquiries;
• process payments through our payment provider;
• prevent, detect and investigate fraud, misuse and security issues;

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway provider (currently Cashfree Payments). When you pay, your card, UPI, netbanking or wallet details are entered into the payment provider’s secure interface and are handled by that provider in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

Om Handloom does not collect or store your full card numbers, UPI PINs, netbanking passwords or other banking credentials on its own systems. We receive only the transaction references (such as the payment and order identifiers and payment status) needed to confirm your payment, reconcile your order and process any approved refund.

We share information with trusted third parties only to the extent needed to run our business, and we ask them to protect your information. These include:

• our payment provider, to process payments and refunds;
• website hosting and infrastructure providers that operate our website and database;
• delivery and logistics partners, to ship and deliver your order; and
• communication tools we use to send you order-related messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, customers and business.

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function — for example, to keep the site secure and working correctly. We do not currently run third-party advertising or marketing tracking on the storefront. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect how the website works.

We keep order and transaction information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide support, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove details that identify you.

However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Our website is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
