By accessing or using omhandloom.inand by placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it or its systems. We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we reasonably can. Om Handloom sells textiles, home and lifestyle goods, luggage and related products, some of which are handcrafted or made in batches. Please note that:

• colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to display and device settings;
• textile patterns, prints, weaves and batches may show minor natural variations; and
• dimensions and weights may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances where applicable.

These minor, expected variations are part of the character of the product and are not defects. This clause does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered — those are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We make every effort to keep pricing and stock accurate, but prices and availability may change without notice. If we discover a pricing or stock error affecting your order, we may cancel the affected order and initiate a refund for any amount already paid.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and we accept it. Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway provider (currently Cashfree Payments); we do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials (see our Privacy Policy). We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors — and will initiate a refund of any amount paid for a cancelled order.

In summary, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, but we will review genuine issues such as damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within the timeframe set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

The website’s content — including the Om Handloom name, logo, text, graphics and product images — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or systems;
• introduce malicious code or disrupt the website’s operation; or
• infringe our or others’ intellectual property or other rights.

We rely on third-party services (such as our payment provider and delivery partners) to operate. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from ours.

To the extent permitted by law, Om Handloom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misrepresented.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from your use of the website or your purchases.
